Why this label
Poder360 reported that Justice Toffoli decided on 6 September 2023 to annul all evidence from the Odebrecht leniency agreement signed with federal prosecutors in 2016S4. The report says the AGU and CGU took no part in that 2016 agreementS4. It was a decision by a single justice. Prosecutors appealed. Gazeta do Povo reported in May 2024 that the Second Panel had begun review in February 2024 and then put it off indefinitely at a justice's requestS6. Searches for 2025 and 2026 found no ruling on those appeals. Nothing read shows that the decision changed the 2018 US resolutions with PetrobrasS1S5. The records read do not permit a conclusion on its current reach.
